Very nice olace inside the city office, they not only are the place where the international festival is held but also you can take some japanese lessons from here and other classes offered by the city office as well through their volunteers program.

Yeah, nah. Wouldn't go out of my way for this one. If you take the right back streets, there is a wicked haikyo and you can see the blue hand of product rebellion.

This facility is owned by Oyama City. There are rooms of various sizes, and various music concerts are held in the large hall, which I am very grateful for. However, it started to feel a little old. Although it pales in comparison to other new facilities, it has become a source of pride for the citizens of Oyama.

The building itself is old but I think it is kept clean. However, the toilets are half Japanese-style and half Western-style, so it takes quite a while during events.

It's an old building, but it's been well used. Conveniently located near the station
