It is really a long train ride from downtown Tokyo, however the sound quality and the space are really top notch. I went to a Sheena Ringo concert in 2015 and was impressed by all of the details and depth of her voice that you cannot catch on CDs.

Some schools in Hachioji use this place for graduations and students musical events. Famous singers and artists perform live shows and concerts too. They have separated entrance and exits, escalators and elevators for the audiences , performers , and for other people who just visit to the restaurants and shops. Excellent!!!

Spacious modern concert hall, good acoustics and lighting, and comfortable seating with good views. Light snacks/coffee/refreshments bar available at some concerts.

I think is the Best stage in the area. Lots of renamed concerts and plays. I personally went with my kid to see a play and thought it was a great place.
