I went there to watch Fuerza Bruta Wa 2017 only because my boyfriend performed there :"D Didn't know much about the place but Fuerza Bruta was really good.

However, there are no steps, so it may be difficult for women to see. As mentioned in other reviews, if there is a stage, there is a risk that the seats at the edge will be sold out. In that sense, the arrangement is suitable for live performances. The seats on the second floor have fewer rows, so it's much easier to see. The sound is pretty good. There is a large display in the center, so the performers can at least be seen clearly through the screen. The number one selling point is the ease of access from the railway. When you leave Shinagawa Station, just cross the intersection. The location is very convenient for Shinkansen users coming from rural areas. It is also convenient for overnight guests as there are hotels nearby. Coming by car is not recommended due to parking availability and price.
