Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium Concerts 2024

WALK-IN GYM FACILITY! Easy access, get 2.5hr for 700¥ - changing rooms, pool usage (although never been) Has two gym rooms, one with free weights bench racks etc and the other with machines and treadmills. Tattoos okay! Will defo keep using this gym whilst in Tokyo :)

700 yen weight room + pool access. 4 benches 2 squat racks 2 smith machines. Dumbbells up to 30kg. Latpulldown, cables, and other bodybuilding machines available. Not too crowded around 7pm.

Tokyo Metropolitan holds International Events for IKO Kyokushinkaikan. It's a great venue for such events since the audience seating is not too far from the action. The Arena floor is spacious and the sub-arena is a good place to warm-up before kumite matches.

The inside is usually closed unless there is an event. Outside is magnificent!! Can feel the hype of Olympics

This is my first experience seeing a badminton final match, especially the badminton world championship final. Crowded and exciting to see supporters from Indonesia, China, Thailand, Korea and host Japan. It's different to see directly on the field, the screams of the audience are crowded and exciting. It's sad that the Indonesian men's doubles lost in the final. The ticket price is 7000, on the 3rd floor, seating is free. The building is big, nice and clean, the toilets are really clean.
