they have some events for local people. Most tourist can not enjoy here. it is just for Japanese. someday they will do something for a lot of events for the tourists, I hope it. You want to join Japanese culture, ask me or other people. Sometime they have some act or something. But nobody talk English. If it is no problem for you, you can join them. The exterior has recently been renewed. The hall is as old as ever, but it is beautiful. It is used for a wide range of purposes, from brass band concerts to classical concerts. During concerts, there are few restrooms and it gets quite crowded. . I can't help it.

Kiyoshi Maekawa's concert was fun. It was just like watching it on TV ☺️

There were several parking lots nearby which was convenient. The price was set at 500 yen and 600 yen for 24 hours. The tray was nice and clean too. Twice the stairs to get to the seats were very steep.
