DO NOT BUY SEATS FROM THE 3rd FLOOR IF YOU ARE GOING TO A CLASSICAL CONCERT! The acoustic condition in the Kanagawa Kenmin Hall requires serious work. I went to a concert by Japan Philharmonics last night, the Fours Seasons and Beethoven Symphony No.7 sounded very odd, particularly in high pitch zones, the echoes muffled multiple layers of sounds together and made the whole concert from the front center of the 3rd floor a very unpleasant experience. Musicians and audiences deserve better.

The hall is magnificiant! Access is not bad. It is located seaside and you can enjoy your walk after a concert.
