Great performance venue. Compact seating arrangement means even high balcony has a good view. Great acoustics.

Watched the dino show, it was a great show and the venue was perfect for it! Slight complaint about the entrance though, it was unnecessarily complicated and chaotic. I wished they had more division for different groups to enter than limiting to practically 1 entrance.

I was here for IVE's Fan Concert. They've set up a IVE's merch to sell at the side of the venue. They checked our tickets before we buy the goods.The process of buying is quick. Before going inside the arena, we were separated and lined up according to our tickets if it's a standing or seated seats. I was standing for this event. The sound system did justice to IVE's live vocals. It was really clear. The lighting was nice. The staffs here were polite and helpful.

Do not go to this venue if you are not on the first or second floor. The 3rd and 4th floor are so steep and have terrible views of the stage.

A nice, modern and shiny place in Yokohama to shop and walk around. Ceiling is covered so you won't get during rainy days.
