Everything is fine, convenient access, plenty of parking spaces.

Nice, not very big arena for events. The stage is well viewed from any place. good acoustics

Seats are hard to sit at, with no leg room. Passing with others to get to your seat is very hard. The whole place is tiny and the owners did an amazing job maximizing the number of seats. While getting to your seat your back burner will be milimeters away from peoples faces. TLDR Ryanair experience without flight attendants

The spots in the amphitheater are great 👍

Very pleasant building with nicely interior design. Question about acoustics, though, especially with only loudspeakers.
