Room size, location, cleanliness, service, price, breakfast, all excellent. Hot Water pressure in the shower: very bad. Check this items as soon as you step in your room. But all around very good. Just dont expect a palace look from the outside, it is an unnoticeable concrete structure which is very well located.

A home away from home, caring staff, friendly and attentive service, relaxing ambience. Thoughtful nuances make the experience even better. Neat and clean, with quality shining off every bit of the place. The bar is highly recommended as well.

Great location right by the shops. Staff where incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Excellent facilities offered including pool & gym. Hotel offered an easily accessible underground car park at the rear of the hotel as well. Would 100% stay here again Only downside was a kettle was provided in the standard room

Did not stay here. Had Christmas dinner. Service was first class. Meals were works of art....wine offered very good. Beats Michelin rating! Highly recommend...and yes its pricey.

We are located right in the middle of the center! Behind the hotel there is a very cute park and in front 3 minutes walking distance we get right in the middle of the shops and restaurants!! Quiet peaceful and wonderful services and amenities!! I specially love the service they provide! So respectful and they pay attention to lots of small details! When our room got cleaned we noticed lots of beautiful attentions! And they are all very polite, smiling. We will come back for sure thanks!
