What a beautiful theater! As you walk in you can’t keep your eyes off the ceiling, the walls and all the ornate decorations. The theater is small but there is truly no bad seat in the house. The concessions are reasonably priced and the lines move quickly. This is our second time catching a show at this theater and we love it. The only negative I would say is that the seats are rather tight, you don’t have much room between you and the row in front and the seat next to you.

Beautiful theater with great shows, expensive concessions. We love this theater! It feels grand. We’ve also seen some wonderful shows here, and we have been seated in various spots, and there seem to be no dead spots in terms of sound quality. Certainly, there are some seats that are better than others, but the sound seems to be excellent throughout. The shows they curate and choose to produce/perform here are always a wonderful mix and excellent quality. I’ve never seen a bad show here. I guess my only complaint is the concessions. It’s not just that they are wildly expensive, as I’m accustomed to paying $12 for a glass of of wine if I am in a theater, but they’re more expensive than that, and the pours seem smaller, and I guess my biggest complaint is very little snack variety, and so we ordered some peanut snack mix, and it was rancid. It was clear that it was very old, but we did not wish to return it, Because we bought it at intermission, and we really did not want to miss the show. And afterwards, concessions was closed and we could not return it. That’s my only complaint about this theater, and I’m certain the theater contracts out the concessions, so just a note for them in the future. I will say that it is nice that you can bring your snacks and wine into the theater, because not all theaters allow this, and some places make you chug it in the lobby!

Beautiful theater, great show. No elevator, seats in balcony have no leg room leaving people in pain and unable to get legs or fit out of aisle, cushion nice. There was a lot of elderly struggling up stairs. Staff was friendly and helpful and abundant. Location on Common is fantastic. Nice drink from bar, better be at $18. Ticket price good. Good sound...which makes the roar of crowd before a little loud, if sensitive bring plugs.

Great venue with a nice variety of shows and performances. Beautiful, gilded interior, capacity is at almost 1800 people, so it can get packed! Arrive early at any/all shows. Easy access to the seating area, and employees are helpful as well. Note: the seats are VERY close together! Much more so than the Opera House. So there isn’t much wiggle room or comfort. It can also be difficult to navigate to your seat given how sandwiched together they are. So again, do come early. Acoustics are very good.
