Good food and Mezcal on this place

Came in here with a full group of 8 people ready to enjoy our evening, we had a waiter bring us our first round and then we never heard from him again. We made it very obvious that we wanted service and to order our next round but we were ignored. When we decided to go to another location the waiter was upset that we did not tip. We do not tip for bad service. The table to our right was also complaining about the poor service. The Mezcal was good but nothing can excuse bad service.

This is an just ok place. Excellent on mezcal and a place to go with friends to chat a while with some good mezcal and music Decoration of the place is very nice Food selection is poor and the cook will need some training. Service is also poor. Beer choice was rather sacarse, come on this is Mexico

The best service I had in veracruz in this couple days, the food is really good and they have a promo of one beer and one mezcal for only 50 pesos, loved it. And also the place is super artsy and with a chill vibe and they put good music kind 90, 80 rock but isn’t loudly so you can actually talk and have a really good time there. omg and they have vegan options!

The service is really bad. They serve you fast at first, but then it's difficult to find the waiter to serve u again. They need to hire more people.
