Excellent service, the view is pretty good from almost every place you select.

Since 2020, the place has gone through several renovations. In my last visit I discovered it has several new rooms un ita basement for storage and rehersals. I appreciated the basement's central AC, specially on a hot Monterrey afternoon. The theatre itself is big enough for an elaborate profesional play.

Great parking space, but it has a price. Also the auditorium itself is very well located in the city, next to a mall with restaurants and a cinema, and just in the border of San Pedro
