Van der Valk Theaterhotel Almelo Concerts

Second time being there with cristmas because of visiting family. The lobby looks really nice and the staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are nice and spacious. The only thing that could be better is the fridge in the room its a bit small.

The hotel was very well dressed for Christmas, only in the restaurant they forgot our main course which made us almost came too late for a show. And afterwards there was a band playing in the foyer which was right under our room. It wasn't too busy in the hotel, so they could have given us a other room in advance.

Suite with bubblebath was not up to the price that was charged. Cold, Overall bad lighting. Nu table to sit at if you need to do some work on your computer. Dirty under the bed and bugs creeping on the floor. And because it's a bath-suite the walls and floor is made of stone so it ecoes alot. Oh and the bedsheats are lined with rubber.

Very beautifull hotel, Staff was very helpfull and kind, keeping smile all the time. Breakfast are very good. Room are very clean.

Beautiful & peaceful. Breakfast buffet also had a great selection. The staff was very courteous. Language was never an issue when it came to customer service. It was also very helpful to open windows to have fresh air daily in the rooms. I will return in the future.
