Convenient location, easy to walk to CWI and several places. Hotel seems to be like dorms of some conservatory of music, but with individual bathrooms. The building has several pianos (for public use), and rooms with music equipment/studios. Kids come with their parents to do auditions, and youth comes to set up musical groups. Rooms/beds are very simple but functional, bathrooms are clean and renovated. It is a bit cheaper than other hotels nearby, while it offers about the same. I would choose it again.

I simply loved the hotel. When I read the bad reviews, I thought that i had made a bad choice. But it was a super comfortable bedroom, shower was great and toilet very clean. Room was warm too, you just have to turn on the radiator. Totally recommend and I’ll be back for sure!

Hotel was fine and as described. No issues with no as others have experienced. Not a hotel for a romantic break, but a good practical hotel, good location with transport links, local shops. Also enjoyed the décor and the atmosphere when a gig was hosted there. Would definitely stay again if travelling solo again.

Pros • Close to centre, you have trams that will take you to the centre of the city within 15 minutes and trains that can take you to the centre within 5 (also trains to the airport, nearby cities and even the airport • Cafe is open from 7am till 11:30pm. • Shower has a high ceiling and the bathroom has a place where you can heat the towels. Cons • The rooms have thin walls, you can hear the doors opening in the nearby rooms. • If you are traveling solo the room size would be enough, however if there are 2 or more then the room would be small. • If you are travelling during winter TURN ON THE RADIATOR, THERE IS A BUTTON ON THE SIDE AND THE TEMPRATURE IS SELECTED ON THE TOP. I forgot to do so in my first night and I ended up with a blocked nose and barely any sleep. • The sheets have 'yellow stains' I ended up sleeping without a blanket. The mattress and pillows were fine though. • The breakfast was overpriced. £15. Way better options nearby. • The hotel put disturbing pictures of a rat, fly and mosquito in my room, I returned them to the front desk and they said that they'll hold on to them till the end of my stay. Would I stay here again: No The only positive really is the location and the café staff (the Colombian guy and Cuban girl were so nice also the polish girl was really cute)

I went through booking.com and wish I read more reviews because I am in agreement with most in that it was incredibly disappointing accomodation. I booked a slightly more expensive place for the first stop on our trip so we could enjoy a comfortable place after a 25 hour journey… the bed was crap and creaked very loudly! Also with the heat wave, we had to struggle with no air conditioning - just a poor quality fan machine that barely did the job! The tiniest fridge in the world in the room didn’t even keep anything cold 😔 The room itself looked nothing like the pictures I saw online - similar to a jail cell with one small window… We were lucky to not have any noisy neighbours but I see some reviews comparing this place to a hostel - at least there are some fun vibes at hostels! I don’t think I ever saw another guest and the common rooms were always silent and empty. After reading reviews of how unhelpful the staff have been I decided not to complain in person (we were also pretty exhausted). But I’m hoping someone sees this review along with the others and chooses not to book here!!! I wish I could get my money back! The only reason I could give this hotel 1 star is because the shower was fantastic and the neighbourhood was safe and quiet + only one stop to central!
