Hertz at Tivoli Vredenburg - Complex Concerts

Rented two times at Hertz. Both the van for moving to Utrecht as well as the car for the holidays were in a perfect condition and administratively everything was arranged properly as well! Can't really comment on pricing, because I used a company collective discount, but you can compare for yourself online. (International) website of Hertz could be more clear regarding all the different insurance and deductibles options, but the clear explanation at the office helped out.

The staff were excellent. Friendly and accommodating. And cars were very clean. Great service and highly recommended!

I love this agency. The staff here is so friendly. If you are a return customer they remember you, have your details and make your experience a good one. I had one little issue once, their customer service answered promptly and solved my problem. Definitely the place to go when renting a car in Utrecht region.
