Poppodium Hedon Concerts 2025

It is a small venue for concerts. The good things are the great sound, possibility to see the band from anywhere. You can pay at the bars with cards and the queues are not very long. Nice lockers and cheaper than most places in the Netherlands. The bad thing is the lack of toilets, you have to wait in a long queue. Location is far from the train station. It is nice when you arrive and walk through the city that is beautiful. The walk for the way back is not so nice because of tight schedule, there is litlle or non-existant public transport offer.

Concert in the small stage. Very intimate setting. Good sound quality. Handy lockers for your coat and general stuff. Parking nearby and cheap. All in all a very good venue for a concert

Great place to enjoy a show. It's not too big so it feels nice and cozy. While still being relatively modern in look and feel. There's a Nice staff even the security. Sadly there's not much choice in beers so I advise to get a beer somewhere in the city itself (there are some great places there as well). Besides that I enjoy being there.

Really cool place. Great venue, good sound, friendly staff. You pay 2 euros for the locker but the guy who is responsible for the lockers gives you a ticket and if you need something he can open it for you and you can take what you need and close it back without having to pay again. I think it's a good solution, and definitely better than having to pay 2 euros each time you want to open the locker which is prevalent in other venues. Location is cool also, the building is really nice looking. Toilets were clean enough (at least until half way through the show). Parking is very close to the building (less than a minute walking). The stage is really good (size-wise it looks big enough to be comfortable for the bands) and the balcony section is pretty awesome. Bar prices are decent. The big beer was 5.50. so it's not a major loss. Overall, loved the experience and would definitely visit again.

We had a party for international students here. The staff was extremely rude to everybody and the drinks are way too expensive. A friend almost got punched by a barkeeper because he was standing too close to the bar, another friend got kicked out without a warning and didn't even get the opportunity to get her stuff before. Very unprofessional!
