Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre, Aotea Centre Concerts 2025

Went for a Stand up comedy show. Place is neat and elegant. Not sure about the options for food and drinking inside, pretty normal, soft drinks, water, beer and wine. Food, some sweets, I guess it depends on the type of event. But the cool think it's the outside you've got a whole variety of options.

Joined the audience for the AUT Academic awards. Loved it! Especially seeing our son presented with an award!! Audience was great- Maori and Pasifika contributing with song dance and kapahaka!

Went to watch High School musical on Saturday evening. Been to this theatre a few times for the Writers Festival as well as a couple of other musicals done by NYC. The place is beautiful, well kept & always clean. Staff are professional and helpful. It's a lovely place all round.

Attended the second Exilecon here, and I was very impressed. Great location in the cbd central, fantastic parking with resonanable prices for all-day parking, impressed by the amphitheater which had ample seating.

Fabulous acoustics, lovely staff, well kept amenities. One of those rare modern theatres that welcome the audience into the artist's presence to share an experience.
