Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino Concerts

We stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved the staff and the location. The breakfast had such a wide range of options that were all so delicious. The rooms were so spacious and clean. We also enjoyed just how close the food and shopping were, everything was in walking distance. The best part was how welcoming and kind the staff were- especially the front entrance staff. We would definitely return to Waterfront Cebu City.

With reservation, we had to wait 2 hours to our room. Reservation was for 3 adults, they gave us a room that fits two. The stuff and the manager were not customer centric. Felt very uncomfortable. Rooms were badly maintained and dirty. This is not a 4Star Hotel. I can emphasize to choose another place to stay. The bad story about is that the for this hotel the focus of profit generation is above the customer satisfaction. The manager on duty is not honest and give the stay a very bad taste. The view is great and below you see the army bunk bed that you get for a full charge. Nice job Waterfront Hotel we customer satisfaction is a fairytale.

Buffet breakfast is awesome. Beds you can feel the springs a little but not terrible. Service at hotel is 10/10. Location is perfect - directly across from IT Park. Super close to laundromat & local restaurants. Pool is nice. Rooms dated but not a big deal.

Overall, I have a comfortable experience. Just a comment on the FRONT DESK SERVICE - Hope the hotel anticipated the volume of guests that will be coming in since there was a huge event scheduled from February 24-25. We were 1300+ participants from 40 countries and there were only 2-3 front desk personnel at that time! The hotel was fully booked as early as December 18, 2023 so they have ample time to plan. We only have a few minutes to spare to check in since the event is from 930am - 5:00pm with only 15-30 minutes of break per session. It took me 30 minutes to queue, so we have to rush in order to catch up with the event activities.

Best spot for recreation in the gym and pool. Rooms are old but still cold. Casino is very accessible. No atm machine inside so bring cash or card with you well if you want to buy something.
