Opera Nova Concerts 2024

Cool place to be. Only laid-back people come here. Some art, some music, kind staff. Would recommend. Defo will come back.

I went to see the ballet version of the Midsummer Night's Dream on a Monday evening. I was fortunate to get a ticket stage right about 8 rows back from the stage three days before the perfomance. I checked online a week before but the show was sold out. So keep checking and you might get lucky. The perfomance was excellent, all the dancers were fabulous. I was especially impressed by Kazuki Mitsuhashi expressive portrayal of Puk. I also observed that there were plenty of young people among the audience; I think this could be attributed to the cultural value placed in the perfomance arts in Bydgoszcz. Kudos.

Unique cultural spot in Bydgoszcz, boasting formal cultural insitutions inside, while residing in vibrant social and cultural neighbourhood. Dinner and show in the Opera Nova building and evening spent in businesses flanking the canals is the best the town has to offer. Cultural experience at its best.

Amazing Place, cold city. I enjoyed it during the Camerimage festival 2018.
