Wow! What a hotel and what an experience. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and you definitely do. We have visited Vilamoura yearly for around 7 years and chose to stay at the Tivoli for our wedding holiday. I emailed the hotel a number of times before we arrived, they were very responsive and helpful. The rooms were outstanding, decorated to a high standard and huge! The matching bedding on the travel cot was a lovely little touch. Yes the mini bar is expensive - but notoriously mini bars in most hotels are. The hairdryer is fabulous - not the bog standard limp ones you usually receive on hotels. The breakfast in Voyage was also fantastic, the freshly made omelettes and pancakes were a hit. We were also travelling with our 8 month old daughter, and the staff were amazing with her. Nothing was a bother to them and staff from the breakfast room would even come and say hi to us in the afternoon by the pool. Our only issue was there was a HUGE conference when we arrived, which we weren’t expecting. I don’t mean that lightly, there were people everywhere. Some of which didn’t take a liking to our daughter, however the hotel dealt with the issue so quickly and promptly that it didn’t impact our stay. They even checked in with us a few days after to check we were enjoying our break and whether they could do anything to improve our holiday. Another thoughtful touch was a complimentary bottle of champagne and rose petals in our room the night we returned from our wedding, again we were not expecting this.! Truly such a wonderful hotel, wonderful staff from porters to management, wonderful food! Thank you so much - we will be back!! PS - do not be put off by the negative reviews, the noise from the expansion of the marina is barely a problem for a reasonable person.

My family and I have been coming to the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura for nearly 25 years, we go every year or even go several times a year! We wouldn't go anywhere else. From the amazing welcome from the men on the front door, the tidy & clean stunning rooms, the beautiful food, the beautiful views, very friendly & helpful staff, thank you very much!

The Tivoli has it all. Fantastic rooms, amazing guest services and the best location to take advantage of all the Algarve has to offer. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was unbelievably great, every need met. The view of the beach from my room was awesome. I hope to return

In the evening shower water cold. Sewer smell in bathroom. Locks balcony doors did not work. Noisy climate control (even when switched off), room 831. Nice breakfast with very friendly personnel. Bar drinks expensive. Reception hard to reach by hotel room phone. Nice and clean swimming pool area. Many times I have stayed in better 3 an 4 star hotels.

Over all great hotel good location. Best breakfast from hotel in ages. Good gluten free options. Little on the expensive side drinks and food wise but to be expected from a hotel of this class. Same about the building works to the ocean side of hotel a little noisy 24hrs a day dredge.
