This hotel is beautiful, the staff is incredibly nice, everything was perfect. Beautiful garden, big pool, food amazing. We got a free upgrade to a room with ocean view on the day of our arrival. Really nice vacation here!

Very beautiful hotel, easy parking with a choice of outside or underground parking. Walking distance from the beach. Spa available and buffet style service. Fridge, wardrobes, balcony, seating area, shower bath, bidet and hairdryer. The rooms were spacious and clean. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Didn't use the pool due to time of year, but there were plenty of sun loungers. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Worst breakfast hotel experience ever As an experienced hotel reviewer I have to say this hotel is clearly at the bottom of the breakfast league. The breakfasts are pretty awful and uninspiring with little variety but much worse - they have a policy of not putting any prices on the breakfast menu in your room - and if as I had - you had already paid for breakfast you obviously assume you just pay for room service if you take it in your room. Not at Vile Gale. I found I had been charged an extortionate 36 euros for the same boring spread I got for free in the breakfast buffet. The staff said they would look into giving me a refund but after they got their money there was no further contact from them. Daylight robbery. Unlike the breakfast menu, they do list prices on their laundry list. However this was the only thing they could offer when they told me they did not have an iron to use in the whole hotel. Update - the response of the "owner" Pedro Monforte which was rather unprofessional was rather than to confirm the staff's original offer of a refund was to offer no response apart from saying this is an isolated experience and to say they look forward to welcoming me back again!! Unlikely after this treatment. An appropriate more favourable response would have elicited a similar response from myself but clearly the management do not understand customer service

Clean room and friendly staff. Very noisy restaurant, needs some sort of acoustic treatment. Insufficient staff in restaurant between 19.00 and 20.00. Long wait to get in, one person working grill which needs three at this time. The overload problem could be easily solved by opening the restaurant at 18.00 but management don’t appear to be a very bright bunch.

No A/C, no hot water, terrible food, poor customer service. We stayed for four nights in early April. The hotel is nice, but not very functional and the staff is unresponsive. They did fix the hot water issue, but never responded to our multiple requests to fix the broken A/C in our room. We won’t return.
