Nice beach. Very large, with soft sand. Okay for families

It's a very spacious beach, with lots and lots of golden sand. The water is characteristic of the Atlantic cost of Portugal, coooold and wavy. The currents are usually strong, so be aware.

Nice clean beach with a soft sand. It was a very calm stay, not many people around. The weather wasn't that good, so it wasn't possible to swim.

I've loved this beach ever since I was a kid. I visit here everytime I pass through Portugal. It's really nice to see that this town has done really well and received some investment to become one of the great beach towns in this world. If your in Portugal... you gotta go to the "pria" (beach). And this is one serious beach.

One of the longest beaches in Portugal. Beautiful landscape with many restaurants/bars in the surroundings Wind is the only drawback.
