Altis Grand Hotel Concerts 2025

What a wonderful stay at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon!!! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, this hotel did not disappoint. The service was the best I'd received in a 5* hotel. The staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful. We would like to thank Patricia in particular for her warm welcome and assistance during our stay. We would also like to thank Ana Lobo who was part of the housekeeping team who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed when one member of our group fell sick. She checked on us every day and made us feel very much at home which is not often an experience you get when staying at a hotel. We had mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday during our stay and the team prepared a wonderful surprise for the Birthday girl upon our arrival and made sure it was one to remember! Cleanliness (which is huge for me & my partner), Location, Service, Facilities, EVERYTHING was 5*!!! Thank you for the wonderful stay and we sincerely look forward to coming back and also making use of the fantastic facilities this hotel has to offer!

This is one of our favourite hotel and it’s fantastic hotel and all the staff so wonderful and friendly couldn’t be more helpful. We give 10 out of 10 .. We love here and Lisbon is beautiful and friendly. Great location.. we want to thanks Altis crew for suprised my wife birthday champagne and birthday cake . So beautiful. 😍

Great room, enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. Staff was very kind and helpful. The rooftop bar was a bit disappointing…. But the overall experience was fantastic.

The room was emaculate!!! Not one single complaint. Breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect. Customer service was top notch. The receptionist Patricia Santos was the absolute BEST!!! I had many questions about places to go and beaches. She was very patient and answered all of my questions and gave excellent suggestions. This will definitely be the hotel I stay at for all future visits!!!

The service at this hotel was five star. Special shoutout to Ricardo C. at the front desk who helped with some special requests and was very calm, professional, warm and kind. I really appreciated this. In regards to the hotel and rooms, it comes across as quite old and parts a bit run down. Though overall it definitely is a nice place, we found the room not to be clean (toilet had marks along the water level, remains of soap in the shower, scratches on the furniture).
