Lately I was testing the labs in Lisbon for film developing/scanning, therefore I dropped one Kodak Profoto 100 here, it costed me 10€. Unfortunately, I am sure that they're using expired chemicals so this detail basically devastated my results; I know the reason depends on the chemicals not film because I've already tested the exact same film with another lab and got pretty good results. I'm putting some of the results under this comment so you could see; wish they change this attitude or stop developing films.

10€ for digitalizations and always delivered with 1 to 3 days maximum. Good quality photos, never got any damaged rolls.

Whenever I come to Lisbon I go here to have my films transferred, I always have them the next day for coloured film and 2,3 days for black&white film. Satisfied :)

The absolute worst place in the entirety of Lisbon to get my films developed. The quality is terrible. The customer service is awful. They have this 'Ticket' System where they give us the flimsiest piece of paper that has a number that is easily lost. They have some films of mine dating back to March and they won't return it as its 'in the office'. Every single week I've gone into the store in Chiado to check if they have those films and the guy at the counter says 'MAYBE on [said day]' or 'I will try'. He also makes zero effort to even write my name down to check the office. They don't understand that this is a GDPR issue and could easily become a legal case. To this day I'm still waiting for those films. To Fotocolor: Please digitalise your 'ticket' system or find another way to hold customer details.
