Teatro Maria Matos Concerts 2026

Great theatre hall as well as concert venue. Good acoustics, quite comfortable, I have great memories from the shows I’ve seen there.

A nice teatre small but cosy, the entrance may be simple, you may wait to enter before the show begins, but next to the space you have a nice chinese restaurante, where you can have dinner before the show, no café inside the theatre, so do have it outside, but after 8 pm the cafe outside are all closed. Only the horrible fast foods next to the railway station are opened, the resturants and some licor bars.

Amazing theatre! Not very big but the room has an amazing sound and every seat gets a great seat.

I'm writting not about the theater but about its bar, on the first floor. It is open every afternoon until 2 A.M. Serves light snacks, wines, gins, etc. It's one of the few bars open late night in the neigbourhood. Calm ambiance, nice balcony fr the hot days. Good for chating with small group around a small table.

Theatre venue with a casual and quiet coffee lounge, with a very laid back atmosphere. Events are typically innovative and eager to the young crowds.
