Hard Club Concerts 2024-2025

SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!!!! Showed up and had a drink with family(which was terrible) and asked for the check. When the server came with credit card terminal, he ran the card and said it didn't work and ran it again and said the same thing. I then tried a different card thinking that one wasn't working and the same result.... This time I got a look at the machine and saw that it said approved even though he was saying it didn't go through. I brought this up and be said it in fact did not go through, so another member of my party offered to use their card, he was also told it didn't go through and then ran a second time, to finally be told it worked. You can see where this is going, they ran our cards 5 times for 1 purchase, each time charging us and trying to say it didn't go through. We promptly checked out statements and saw the charges on all the cards and went in to talk to a manager. As we did, the workers who were standing around were laughing and obviously knew this is a pretty common practice here. Seemed like they had run this scam countless times hoping people would be oblivious. Stay away, the drinks suck, the service sucks, the "view" sucks. Much better places to choose from just steps away.

Went there for an awesome Patrick Watson concert and the place was packed. The main problem was the AC wasn't working or was only in a low setting. Some of the concert goers passed out and needed to sit down to rest from the heat that would was felt in the room. I had attended a Balthazar concert there a few years ago, no such problems occurred, so maybe it was a one time thing.

My husband and I were here for the Porto Tech Hub conference yesterday. The venue was fantastic! Luckily, they had fans and air conditioning going.

We had dinner with a park view, steak was not special however we were starving, so our plates clear and clean 😃

Fake windows make the restaurant cold, the same temperature as outside. Chairs aren't comfortable. The gas heater releases a gas smell to the restaurant. Do not visit during the winter. Food is just bearable.
