Clean and comfortable interior and good space. The only problem is lack of parking 🤦

I grew up enjoying countless shows here. The main hall actually has the second best acoustic in the country. Pitty though they allowed a "manele" club to be founded here. Also, there is a desperate need for a due major overhaul.

Old sovietic building, for such a rich city like Constanta this is a shame not to rebuild your Palace of culture
