Bojnický dvor Concerts 2024

The food was good there’s no doubt about it. But for a restaurant, that’s under one of the most famous castles in Slovakia, they have some big problems with the service part of their businesses. All waiters were nice but so confused that we were waiting forever. And of course they forgot to put in one order so we had to wait double the time. Those waiters were so confused and incompetent it’s unbelievable. When we wanted to pay we had to wait 30 minutes for the bill. If they had some decency we would have received a discount, we didn’t. That means they thought nothing was wrong what couldn’t be farther from the truth.

The backdrop is great. However, prices are high and service does not match. Soups enjoyed but as mains were brought out a few minutes after our soups, they had to sit there for ten minutes getting cold. Not sure what the room is near the tills but staff were smoking where there was a sink etc. Multiple staff were just chatting at the back, so we found our own table, so the welcome was non existent.

Someone recommended to us but it was fail. Staff never smiles, never recommended anything, food is like street foot, not really restaurant but prices like in Michelin star restaurant lol. Avoid this place, visit restaurant in city centre. My first and last visit. Bread old, soup just a water, fried cheese probably frozen and hair in kids portion….

Really average restaurant for many people paying higher prices for average food. Nothing special worth stop by. For sure will not come back service is really annoying and not pleasant.

I would expect a little bit more from a burger which cost nearly 15€ (burgers in DUBAI are cheaper) A lot of dressing doesnt make a burger. The bun was also dry. Kapustnica was ok (gluten free).
