Nitra Castle Concerts

Maintained castle with beautiful views from the tower, a few minutes from the centre of town. I was sorry that the kazamatas were not accessible (it was closed).

The castle is one of the most important sights of Nitra. where you can see the cathedral located in the fortress. The viewing of which will surely make you excited. In the castle you can also climb the tower from where the whole city can be seen.

Drove a long ways to get here, and it was pretty cool, but essentially it's just another church with part of a castle built around it. I get a lot of people get excited about churches, but to me they are a representation of some very dark times in humanity, to this day they still are. If you are driving and you want to see the city and you do want to see the church then I recommend it. But I think there's some other castles that are not far that I would recommend more than this one. It wasn't some thing that was like wow this was so cool. Trencin or Beskov are the real deal

Beautiful chirch, nice museum and nice views

A beautiful castle with spectacular view on the city, a fantastic historical exhibition. The cathedral is amazing, it's worth observing the stages of its evolvement through the ages.
