Fira de Barcelona Concerts

Axie.Tech had the pleasure of presenting at Fira de Barcelona during #AxieCon, held in support of the Number 1 NFT game, Axie Infinity. An excellent, clean venue with good facilities and helpful staff (although I don't know if these guys were provided by the event organiser).

A shame compared to early years. One hour queue on each attraction. Very less offer. It seems more a poor amusement park come to less. Please close it!

It’s old and grand, and a bit dilapidated (or shabby chique maybe?). We had 5000 people through the gates, which was cool. But the highlight was Allen the security guard who was a legend. Lowlight are the toilets- ye gods man! UPGRADE THEM. See the picture below though - natural light in a conference hall is a vibe. No dingy conference caverns here. Entrance for set up is round the back by a infant school - a bit odd, especially as our event was about gambling - not that kid friendly! If you walk up the Carrer De Lleida for a while and turn left you’ll find a whole bunch of cool bars…

The ISE fair had moved from Amsterdam to Barcelona because we were told the Fira Barcelona can handle more people. That was not at all the case: absolutely chaotic already the metro system, but long lines the first two days outside of the fair, as well as also inside! You guys from the Fira and the ISE have to work on your concept - you owe it to the exhibitors as well as the visitors! This was all not expectable!
