Teatre Borrás Concerts 2025

Incredibly bad online service. I bought some tickets for a show, and after the payment step the webpage went blank and I did not receive the tickets. After some digging, I've found the customer service email, which responds every two days at least (not in weekends by the way). It wasn't helpful and I'd found a live chat. That chat send shared with me a phone number, which, hanged me the first time. The second time, she requested me to send a email to another email, which, send the email to the same inbox. After asking why I would do that if they weren't any helpful, they leave me on hold and hang me again. After that, I could make further calls. I won't recommend buying tickets online in this webpage.

Amazing theatre. Everyone has to visit it during his/her trip to Barcelona!

Great venue. Went to see Alok Vaid-Menon. Seats were comfortable and good view of the stage.

The rows do not have enough space to go to your seat, always have to bother those already seated

Two floor theater not too big, the best sits are just in the middle.
