We booked by booking, but the room nh hotel’s staff assigned us didn’t fulfill our expectations, at the front desk they found an alternative with extra charge but made a discount. We really appreciate the effort, keeping in mind they were full. We also recommend taking the breakfast, is an experience of traditional yet modern touch of food. You can order egg as you want them plus make your desire natural juice. The variety is extensive and every day you can enjoy something else. We take it for one day only, then decided to have it every day of our stay. The staff at the restaurant is kind and helpfully as well. Well done NH Hotel!

Pretty hotel set beside a cathedral and walking distance to bus station (5min) as well as other attractions (within 20min). Service was transactional, nothing special to mention. Room was grand, I like the bed hangings. Note that bedside has no charging point. Shower water pressure was gentle which is not my preferred and hot water took a while to react. Hair dryer was powerful. Breakfast buffet was very standard international, I was hoping for more Spanish local selection. Once you enter the hotel, there’s a hotel signature fragrance that i find overpowering and not comfortable.

Perfect location next to the catedral of Burgos. Friendly staff and as expected very nice room. We had our dog with us and they had a bed and bowls for him :)

We have a very small Bischon Maltese dog, who is very well behaved. The hotel charged us 35 euros for our dog to stay in our room with us. Excessively overpriced. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The Bathroom very tired. Sink cracked, floor tiles cracked. Old fashioned room.
