I recently applied for a Schengen Visa at the Spain Consulate in Montreal, and I'm thrilled with the exceptional service. I secured an appointment within 2 hours of emailing, and to my delight, I received my visa in less than 72 hours after submission. The staff's efficiency and quick response time exceeded my expectations.

The service has been excellent. They have responded quickly to my queries via email. During the appointment Mr. Echebarria has been friendly and has explained with lots of details the application process. Thank you!

I have been going to the consulate for a few appointments in the past 2 months based on citizenship queries and applications; and I have been met with nothing but kind, compassionate, and efficient staff. They are very knowledgeable and I would like to thank them (I'll leave out names), for their support in this process. I have nothing but high regards for this Consulate. Edit: Three months after this review, I maintain my 5 stars. They approved my citizenship and they were able to register me and get my passport within 2 months. Stellar service and such kind people!

Absolutely infuriating. I tried getting an appointment by email so many times. I Show up in person and they tell me that I must get the appointment through email. I’ve been waiting for a response for weeks. In addition, super rude. I would give -10 stars if I could. How can they be so insensitive for Spanish people in Montreal?

Can someone from the Spanish consulate please please please reply to my e-mails????!!!! I don't know what to do anymore. This is so unprofessional. My husband and I travel so much with work and we've never experienced anything like this. I urgently need to apply for a NIE but nobody replies to my e-mails to guide me on how to apply. The easiest and quickest option would be if they had the option to book an appointment on line as so many embassies do nowadays. Very frustrating and disappointing!
