I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Laura (I think the owner) was so welcoming and patient (and her English is excellent). I has book a massage with Lidia because I heard so many good things about her, and since I’m doing the Camino - a massage is always nice. Unfortunately my retina was torn, and I had to cancel my massage and make an emergency trip to the hospital in Palencia. Lidia overheard my conversation and volunteered to drive me to Palencia and translate for me. She spent the four hours with me, driving me both ways and dealing with the hospital staff. Remarkable. As for the hotel, it’s spotless, beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic! Well done! What wonderfully, caring staff. I hope to return one day.

Wonderful hotel! Clean! Great hosts! Exceptional air conditioning! They do not turn it off at night! Very nice porch on room! Two gardens with nice tables, chairs, lounges, hammock, and a small pool! Very nice room! Very relaxing! Book directly for best rates.

Loved how clean and tranquil it was. Great water pressure and hot water. King sized bed with balcony seating and bathtub. Loved the small pool. Such a great place to rejuvenate on the Camino. I had the reflexology which was nice, just not as firm as I would have liked. I needed an actual foot and leg massage.

Excellent hotel! If you are on the Camino and wish to spoil yourself, then this is the place for you. Super beds. Spotlessly clean bathroom. Great service at the reception. You can book a reflexology foot massage, which I did. It was awesome!! If you are leaving early in the Camino, the hotel will make you a take-away lunch.

My wife and I stayed here after a long and wet walk from Castrojeriz on the Camino de Santiago. It was like an oasis - my wife was able to get a reflexology massage which was sensational. Wine, beer and other amenities were offered for sale (and used!). We were sent to a restaurant for dinner which, as the hotel explained, was not fancy but great food. The breakfast was extremely good and set us up for a good day’s walk. Recommend for anyone dojng the camino - about 500m away from the trail but well worth the walk!
