Terrible telephone service, impossible to ever contact them. The previous director was very bad, not at all professional, the new director is quite competent and decisive.

Terrible bank, I tried to open an account there for a month and a half, I went to them with all the necessary documents and applied to open an account, they said that they should be confirmed and they would call me back, then they called me back and said that the work contract was not signed and it must be signed, I just I changed jobs and thought that I would already bring a new contract. So I did and brought a new contract, they said again that they have to confirm it and they will call me back, I waited like this for one and a half Sundays, and without waiting for the call I went to them and asked what's up with the bill?? And the woman tells me that - they did not confirm it to you, I ask - why? She - I don't know. Me - and what to do? She - I don't know, contact another bank!!!! They don't even try to help you in any way, they just tell you to go to other banks... very bad service by the way. The first employee (woman) who served me was quite pleasant and professional. And the second (also a woman) was rude and behaved as if she wanted to get away from me as soon as possible... I will never contact them again.

Very bad experience. Require insurance to open account. Long time to wait. Go inside to different tables, seem clueless. Always people sleeping in the entrance, a result of town politics.

Terrible customer service, the ladies at the tables start criticizing you in front of you even knowing that you are listening to them, without any education. The slowest cashier cannot care whether there is an endless line or not. And to make matters worse, the risk director walks around the entire office without a mask, leaving aerosols wherever she passes with the bank behind closed doors without any type of ventilation.

I don't score 0 because it doesn't give me the chance. Terrible service, endless waiting times. There are many more banks that are worth putting money in, as soon as I can I will change
