Teatro del Generalife Concerts

Open theater at the entrance to the park. Built in a style that is supposed to match the rest of the complex. It is decorated with various types of plants and orange trees. Several benches and a lot of open space encourage you to rest and observe the surrounding gardens.

Beautiful gardens steeped in history. Wide variety of ornate flowers, beautifully arranged. Truly stunning at any time of year, but best in springtime. Limited tickets available so best to book in advance. Highly recommended. In the summer they hold a classical music festival in the evenings with some very important guests which all adds to the beauty and mystique of the gardens.

It looks well maintained, but during our visit there were no activities, probably because of the Easter holidays

Cool views at night that you can only get at night. Although lighting was a little poor, I wish they added some colored lighting

Nice to have a walk around this area. It’s all greens.
