Foro Iberoamericano Reviews

This place is in three parts. There is a concert place, Botanical Gardens which seems to be a nature reserve and a sort of museum with replicas of Christopher Columbus’s boats, the Nina, the Pinto and the Santa Maria. This place is near enough the very spot from where he set sail. It cost us a Euro and a half each for entry into the boat part (oap rates) and it was worth every cent. You get to go onto the boats, up decks, down decks. You really get a feel for what it was like. There is also a museum with pictures and explanations, in Spanish and English and even a bit of a film. I loved it all, it was great. And the parking is immense and free.

A beautiful park with botanic garden, restaurant, sculpture and lifesize models of Columbus ships. A fantastic place to visit on the river. Masses of parking and possibility of motorhome camping overnight. No water or toilet facilities except in botanic garden and restaurant.

Celebration center that was inaugurated in 1992, on the occasion of the V Centennial, has capacity for 4,000 people, and resembles a Roman theater. It has a perfect sound but like them it is exposed, so in an area like Huelva, it is only used in summer. The implementation and programs depend on the Provincial Council of Huelva, and it is mainly used in the months of July and August.

It's not a very big place, but it's great because no matter where you stand you can see the show, unless you're on the 12th stand and they don't have to tilt the screen a little. But otherwise great. We didn't have much visibility and we went to the top, which is like a box, and there we saw the great show.
