I am surprised by so many negative reviews. I’ve been to many cities and many clubs and Fitz is one of the best clubs I’ve been to. The staff are very friendly, design and lighting is amazing, prices are as you would expect for a club like this.

I attended the Jamie Jones gig at July 15 and the club was packed (even the VIP area). I didn't enjoy the atmosphere as much as other techno clubs in Madrid and couldn't barely dance and enjoy the music the way I expected. The place and decoration are incredible but they should aim to provide a better experience to the audience (limited to age over 25, though). Feels like a tourist trap rather than a recommended club. Way to go for the owners.

I had high hopes for this club given the high cost and location and size. However, I do not recommend this club. They bring it great DJs, however the service and the workers are very rude. Do not honor tickets or codes and are very disrespectful to women. Specifically, it’s the doormen - as in previous reviews, the goal is clearly to create some sought after environment that only the elite or wealthy can enter. Club is predominantly men, very few women; no surprise as the case they charge most women a high rate to enter. Most people in the club are more or less glued to their phones. Very little dancing and “clubbing” - everyone just wants to get an Instagram it felt like on both occasions that I’ve come here. It’s disappointing. The club is trying very dearly to be similar to top established clubs such as Istar and Lula, but it just can’t compare (yet?) - 2 clubs I’ve never felt disrespected by employees at. Further, many pickpockets. No club is above respect. Very disappointing experience!

This past weekend, my friends and I visited Fitz for a bachelorette party, opting for a VIP table on the upper floor. Entry and our initial order proceeded without a hitch, yet as the night progressed, securing a server for additional mixers was challenging. What truly took us by surprise, however, was the restroom area on our floor. Uniquely, this space featured its own DJ, creating an atmosphere more appealing than the main floor's music. This transformed the restroom area into a bustling hub of activity, with people lingering and dancing, rather than serving its primary function. The novelty of a restroom DJ, though intriguing, led to practical issues: the absence of organized lines, overwhelming heat and congestion, and difficulty accessing facilities. Most concerning was the lack of hygiene options, as there was nowhere to wash hands post-visit. This oversight in planning resulted in a chaotic and uncomfortable experience, significantly detracting from our overall enjoyment of the night at Fitz.

Crowded, smelly, pretentious place where I saw four guards violently drag a man out for wearing a Brighton scarf during a Fatboy Slim performance. Waste your money elsewhere, DJs notwithstanding.
