Hotel Wellington Concerts 2024-2025

The housekeeper confused my white shirt with bed linen and took it somewhere, no one at the reception even apologized and offered any compensation. On the last evening of our visit at the hotel, we found out about a running marathon that is going to take place at this area, and we won’t be able to take taxi to the train station. No one from the hotel warned us about it, hopefully our city guide did, and we didn’t miss our train. We also needed to cancel all of our plans that we planned for our last day in Madrid. After we spoke to the reception, of course, no one even apologized. The rooms are also very noisy. Especially from our neighbors. There is definitely needed better sound isolation.

It's still my favourite 5 star classic Madrid hotel despite being in need of a renovation, but still has the best service (by some margin), convention rooms, old style charm, and unbeatable location than all the others. I only hope that the new management keeps the good friendly close professional service the hotel is known for, and they don't fall for the way the Ritz has followed

•The best breakfast in the world• I stayed in Wellington 6 months ago with my boyfriend’s family and I'm going to tell you why you should come here. The hotel service is really nice, the people are nice and friendly, it had a excellent decoration and my favorite place in the hotel was the restaurant especially in the mornings for breakfast, I ate the best Spanish tortilla, the desserts were delicious, the warm atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent, they were always looking out for you. You can eat all the food you can at breakfast time. The hotel offers a spa service but I didn't get to use it. I will return to the hotel in December and I hope to be able to use the spa.

Their dedication added a personal touch to the overall experience, making my stay at the Wellington truly outstanding. I highly recommend Hotel Wellington for all those who is seeking for an amazing stay in this incredible city.

Incredibly attentive staff. Superb spa and gym with a sauna AND cold plunge, which is very hard to find in Spain. Also CrossFit box gym. Easily my favorite hotel in Madrid
