Very bad quality. This is a store whose description indicates that they sell quality and luxury clothing and nothing could be further from the truth. After buying a dress and a cape, the latter has been damaged without even having been used for the first time. After contacting the store to find a solution, they were not able to give me any solution and the response times have been very long. I definitely do not recommend this store either for the quality or the treatment. This is a store where the prices do not correspond to the quality and the customer service has been particularly negative.

I love everything. And the shop assistants are charming and super polite and attentive. The telephone service couldn't be better. The prices are a little high but the quality is great and it is a classic but special and different style of clothing, for life. I think he has a lot of class.

My sale was over the phone and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the people who work there who have advised me, have cared…they are lovely. It didn't matter what time I wrote to them, they always answered me. They have taken care to send me videos, photos, audios...
