Pros: -Visuals in this club are great, with a lot of lasers and screens and lights on the ceiling. Very professionally designed 👌 - The sound system is also great, good bass, and loud music yet not harsh on your ears - The coat check was quick and safe. I even left my bad with them - The staff were generally nice Cons: The toilets are absolutely disgusting and nasty. It is beneath a famous techno club in a world class city like Madrid to have such disgusting restrooms. The smell of piss in the restroom area and the format of the restrooms is just horrific. Deinks are expensive, very very expensive....

Club is very nice. Great sound and lightning. What really influenced my experience was the unfriendly staff especially from the wardrobe. We had 2 jackets on 1 rack (nobody said it was not possible). My friend left earlier. The guy (his name was obviously „Kevin“) at the wardrobe handed out both jackets, made me stand at the end of the line again and pay again. The only reason I stayed after such an experience was the good music. Absolutely a no go, especially for such a price level. This additional 3€ are not worth it if you are killing the vibe of people. If you manage to get Kevin under control and reduce the waiting lines at the bar -> great club.

Love Bassement. Was one of the first clubs I went to in Madrid and it still remains as one of my favorites. They have lots of live performances and the space is intimate and fun. You can easily get around despite the crowd and get some space if needed. Entry is reasonable and the crowd wants to have fun.

Not the biggest fan of techno/house but I figured I would check it out anyway. I got my tickets for free but still feel scammed. The drinks were extremely expensive and not very strong. The entire place was horrendously dirty with smoking inside, urine on the floors (not only in the bathroom), and other random wet spots. Sadly, the music was not even slightly redeeming. The crowd was dead and the DJ did not change soundtracks. One guy was walking around and photographing the only people dancing for their instagram and socials. I wanted to leave early because of the poor environment and music, but the bouncers did not want to allow any exiting until 2:30. When I told them I wanted to leave and I wasn’t planning on coming back multiple bouncers got extremely aggressive. They shoved me and hit the back of my head several times on the way out for absolutely no reason (I was already exiting as planned). While waiting outside for my Uber, I saw another group get into an altercation with the bouncers. They chased down and started hitting a group of young people who had just left the club. I am not sure what caused it but the people did not fight back at all while the bouncers repeatedly assaulted them. If you got free tickets and really love house then maybe you can check it out if there are no other options, but if you want to have a good time I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Lots of their staff from their security guards to their bartenders are straight up rude. Saw a tattoed-lady bartender yelling at a customer over a bottle of water. Then later their security whenever puttting up the closing security separators, they were just throwing them with no care at all about the people around them. Never coming back to such an agressive, rude, unwelcoming staff.
