Love the style of clothing and different floors for different modern concepts. Literally got my style from all the brands here. Way too expensive so get them second hand online if you want but great to look around at the vibrant clothes!

This store, set in one of Gran Via's emblematic buildings is great for tourists visiting Madrid. The layout covers 5 floors, each offering a different category of shopping. There are some outstanding views from the rooftop terrace which offers a bar and restaurant. Nothing is cheap here, so be prepared to swipe that credit card.

Retail taken to the next level! WOW Concept offers a differentiated shopping experience that stands it apart from traditional stores. The brands that they sell are also top notch. Don't hesitate to stop by if you are near Gran Vía!

Best store on gran via concept store with some cool brands. At the more higher prices. Top Interior and helpful staff.

Quite ridiculous. Their online strategy is to lower prices and generate orders for products they do not have in stock, and consequently cancel their them. They probably do this to have liquidity to invest or to meet internal sales targets. I have placed three orders in the last few weeks and they have all been cancelled. For one the money has been refunded, I am waiting for the others. The cancellation email is always the usual 'we encountered an unexpected problem in the system', ahah of course. The damage to the brand and the store is pretty severe, so they should have to stop behaving like a start-up looking for gimmicks to make ends meet, and start doing good work.
