Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza Concerts 2024

We stayed for three nights at the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza and it was wonderful - so much so that we are booking again for next year. The rooms and location were great, breakfast was amazing especially the Smoothie station. The employees on Reception were lovely and the Manager of the Hard Rock Shop in the foyer were so very nice. We can not wait to return next year.

Not the hotel for me but I appreciate the hospitality. the pool is FREEZING. I am in a swim up room and can’t even use it because it’s probably 40F. I love going to the swim up bar on vacation but again the water is too freezing to get in. there was no entertainment here at all, it couldn’t have been more quiet and boring. Right now the DJ is playing music about jesus christ…seriously?! Our AC was also broken the first day/night. I’m sticking to my all inclusive hotel next time. changed my review after speaking to the manager, Simona. I appreciate her doing everything she could to make it better.

I actually was a little bit dissapointed. The people (with exeption of some on the Beach restaurant) were AMAZING. So that was not the problem. 1: it was very nice of them to ask if we wanted an upgrade for a little bit more. We oppted not to do it since we wanted to spend more on food and drinks. 2: the room we got was nice but when it came to cleanliness..not so good. Our veranda had a cigarett but on the floor our entire stay and the windows were not cleaned at all. But hey 🤷‍♀️ not the worst. 3: there were no entertainment of any kind. But maybe that was just becouse of the time we went? (Beginning of May). 4: the music at the main pool was HORRIBLE 🤣🤣😅 they did not play 1 rock or pop song during our 8 days there. But the service at the pool was 10/10 👌 5: The water at the pools were FREEEEZING 😅😅 So there was not a lot of swimming. 6: The breakfast was expensive (40Euro per person) and it was ok. Nothing wow. 7: There was only one place to have lunsj and that was at the beach restaurant. Not the best to be honest 😔 expensive and not good. What made our vacay great was the people who work here! They would treat my 80 year old mom as a queen and that means the world! So for that, thank you very very much!! The location of the hotel is really good!! There are a lot of supermarceds, restaurants etc right around the corner so 👌 They are not a part of Unity it seems but hey 😊🤷‍♀️ all in all it was ok but Hard Rock Tenerife was better 😉

We are having a great time in Hard Rock Hotel. Amazing customer service. Child friendly and fantastic food. I have been lucky to try Claudia’s freshly pressed juice at the breakfast restaurant and they are so delicious ✨

Stayed for 4 nights mid October 2023. The room was perfect - clean, comfortable, enough storage, etc. except we couldn't connect with wi-fi easily (we needed to go & ask concierge desk). All services (room, restaurant & bar, gym, spa and shop.) were good even some services were not available. The huge choices of the breakfast is one of the spotlight of the hotel - fresh and tasty, really worth to try. Only 1unfortunate was that there were so many cigarette butts everywhere at beach (included long chairs area at the beach bar). This is absolutely bad manners of the guests however I would really appreciate if the hotel would regularly organize beach cleanings. At the last but most remarkable is the staffs. All staff of any services, they are all incredibly kind, good manner, professional and have naturally good smiles! I wrote many comments but - we really enjoyed our stay and it's a nice hotel!
