Ágora de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias Reviews

The architecture is amazing and the decor and ambience super cool and being totally free it is a must if visiting the area. There is a nice restaurant with very reasonable prices inside!

This place has a restaurant indoors and 2 different exhibits. one was photography and the other one was a famous Spanish movie maker. This place opens late. There is a fee for the exhibit, but to get in and stay there is free.

The building is very impressive and there are a lot of corners where you can sit and relax, including a restaurant. We’ve visited 2 exhibits that we highly recommend (we each paid 6 euros for both): - the stories of six mummies from the British Museum. For english speakers, you need to scan a QR code and read them from your phone - exhibition of photos from National Geographic. They are displayed in sections split by their predominant color, however there is no English translation of their description.

An exhibition site, originally intended to be used as a sports complex, later acquired by CaixaBank and turned into a place with interesting exhibits about arts and history, rotating roughly every 4 months. I highly recommend you to sign up for a tour of the building itself from the CaixaForum Valencia website (make sure that it's the Valencia one). They will provide you a guide that will explain the captivating design and philosophy of the building. It should be 2 euros per person. The price is 6 euros per exhibition. There is a discount for the European Youth card, and the whole thing is free if you are a CaixaBank customer. Some popular exhibitions can have a waiting line, and inside there will be a lot of people (like the Egyptian mummy one)

Visually stunning, architectural mastery! Currently they’re running an Ancient Egyptian exhibit. Part of the larger City of Arts and Sciences, the Caixa Forum is a place to relax, dine, reflect and have fun. One can feel at peace in the green cafeteria or take a cup of coffee in the treehouse. A true must see in Valencia
