The organization and the great workers. The best is the atmosphere, those days you are surrounded by good vibes, fun and the desire to have a great time. The organization of the festival was a real disaster. The staff working there were uncoordinated and no one you asked knew anything. We paid a supplement to have access to the festival through a priority lane that NO ONE was able to tell us where it was and they ended up saying that it did not exist. The same supplement included VIP bathrooms in the enclosure area that we didn't see anywhere and no one could tell us where they were. A scam, charging supplements for services they do not offer.
