They should have installed handrails!

A surprising place for a municipality like this. Great architecture.

It seems like a waste of space to me. Neither pretty, nor acoustically efficient, nor functional. The only good thing about it is how cool it is in summer (when there is no programming, by the way) The architect put aesthetics before functionality (like so many others): loading/unloading is disastrous, with an asymmetrical door that does not open open completely (be careful not to put items longer than 2.5m). The unloading, three floors below to a 2.5m deep dock, which overlooks the stage (not bad at all); the stage machinery and the loom, which could be improved: 17x2m manual pumps, with 5 shots that rub against the formwork; poor visual of the stage from some points (the stalls are asymmetrical). The front, dangerous: changing devices from the supports is risky. Walking like a 19th century theater cat with a high probability of blows to the head; Ah, you can't do total darkness (basic for directing lights) because the roof is an immense skylight. And more things that he left in my mind... in short, a very expensive place paid for with the money of all taxpayers, underused and poorly planned as an exhibition space... To the architect who designed it I say: before reinventing the wheel, you have to know how it works. And to the administration that accepted the project and paid with everyone's money, find out about the needs with the professionals who work on them.

Although the acoustics are very good and the interior is amazing, it is not entirely accessible in terms of rooms. The stairs tend to be confusing, there is only one railing on one side and the elevator is hidden from the public. However, the structure is peculiar, it has really beautiful areas and for now it is being given adequate and continuous use.

Careful! There is no access for the disabled, no ramp or anything like that. Access is via stairs down. I don't know how they could have designed a new conference center without taking accessibility into account. Fatal. Otherwise, the auditorium is not out of this world. I don't know if the interior green light really adds anything or if it just looks good in the photos.
