A comfortable stay with great location to the old town. The room is very clean and dust-free. Bathroom is spacious with plush towels. No complaints at all with the room. Parking is extremely difficult here along the streets. Take note that overnight parking at the hotel is 24.20Euros a day.

I could not be any happier for my choice in booking at NH in Zaragoza. Everything exceeded my expectations: comfy, large, bright and quiet rooms; sparkling clean. Walking distance to historical sites. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Marta at the front desk who went above and beyond to help me and always kept a very big smile on her face. Would definitely come back!

Once a grand dame of Zaragoza's hotel scene, the NH Collection Gran Hotel de Zaragoza has sadly seen better days. The moment you step into the lobby, you can't help but feel a sense of faded glory. The ornate chandeliers and opulent decorations still try to make a statement, but the worn-out furniture and tired carpets tell a different story. The rooms are a disappointment, with outdated furniture that looks like it's been there since the hotel's heyday. The beds are comfortable enough, but the linens could use an upgrade. The bathrooms are a particular letdown, with ancient fixtures, crumbling tiles, and a general air of neglect. The staff tries to be friendly, but their efforts fall flat. Requests are met with a shrug, and the service is generally lackluster. Housekeeping seems to be an afterthought, with cleaning done grudgingly and only when absolutely necessary. The hotel's central location is its only real saving grace, but even that can't make up for the overall state of disrepair. For a city like Zaragoza, which has so much to offer, it's a shame to stay in a hotel that doesn't live up to its potential. Unless you're desperate for a place to rest your head, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Had a lovely 1 night stay here! Didn’t take photos of the room but when I arrived the lovely man at the counter had asked me if I wanted a room on the outside or inside. The bellman brought my bags up, and everyone was very friendly. The room was clean and nice. They are pet friendly! Brought my dog for €35. And for parking they do valet for 24€ per night I believe. Had a nice coffee machine in the room with a bottle of water. Small beverage refrigerator in the room as well. It was great!

The hotel is situated in the town centre walking distance to El tubo area for nice taps, the old town with the Basilica and Cathedral. The rooms were pleasant but not very clean, for example there were stain on my pillow case. However, when mentioned they promptly changed it. There were not many complimentary amenities that you would expect from a 4 stars hotel like vanity set, sewing kit and so forth. Moving on to the service, we found a leaflet in the room advertising massages which only requested a 4h notice. Despite staying for over 72h and after several attempts to requested the said massages, we left Zaragoza a bit stressed and tense. Apparently the only masseus on their payroll was always ill and the didn't make any effort to find any alternative option. Laura in concierge made no attempt. Furthermore, her behaviour was unacceptable when we followed up and she rolled her eyes and in general she lacked customer service ethic. We had higher expectations from this hotel.
