Fantastic nature a few minutes drive from the city centre, a lot of different trails starting from there. Practical with the outside gym. You can reach nice lakes, grill places, and more within the short walk.

Great disc golf course - bit more advanced than Slottsskogen though (more trees are in the way). Beware of ticks. :0

Fantastic area with alot of trails and fantastic nature. If you want to change to your training gears and have a shower and sauna and dip in the small pool, this is available at 5eur.

Passed by on foot having run about 6 km. Did not get to experience the center itself but no drinks, cookies or coffee where served while pasing. Unfortunatelly.
