Nicely arranged, however, a disappointment to parents who stood and ruined the view for the small/younger ones. Trott's call to sit down or step aside. The children were disappointed after walking around half the concert to catch a glimpse of the artists, which in this case were Marcus and Martinus. Many disappointed faces and tears from many of the younger ones. Wished that more of the parents could show consideration, and the wish that the organizers remind during the whole concert. Otherwise they were good.

Under all criticism 03/12-23. Unfriendly staff in the bar who take 45 minutes to make drinks, when they kindly asked if it would be possible to check if I could get help soon because I waited for almost 1 hour, they answered that they have other customers who are waiting very unpleasantly. When they have a very simple drink list, you shouldn't have to wait that long. They simply prioritized customers incorrectly. It took 1h to get the jacket out, even though I was about 2 people behind the person at the front of the queue and the staff carelessly removed most of the jackets, so people had to wait for 2-3h. This is probably the worst run event I have EVER seen. I really want my money back.

Great atmosphere and good people, but the wardrobe was a disaster. The guys have to wait longer than the girls and then they blamed the mess on a guy who didn't manage to do much to mess it up, it was simply poorly handled by the staff from the start.

Long room, warm. At times very bad sound and some walking around. But a wonderful experience to go to a concert in a venue with a lot of history. Difficult to see anything if you end up further back. Bigger TV screens would have made the experience better.
