We found the hotel using Google Maps and the reviews were very positive. For three nights including an above-average breakfast we got an absolutely fair total price. We booked because of our dogs and an offer directly by email and by phone. We were able to park our truck free of charge directly at the hotel and when we had problems starting because of the cold and old batteries, we were immediately helped in a very friendly manner and coffee was also brought to the vehicle. That's service. The room was neat and clean and we were able to choose from two rooms in advance. The staff is very friendly and because the dinner on the first night tasted very good and the atmosphere was cozy, we ate at the hotel every night. We also used the free pool and sauna. We will definitely stay here again when we have business in Sandviken. Thanks for the opportunity to be able to stay overnight with dogs and trucks in such an uncomplicated way.

Due to British construction people staying there but staff amazing guest not to good rude . Lovely hotel

Wonderful hotel, recently refurbished. Josef, the manager, was super friendly and professional. There's a sauna and pool that you can book for one hour all for yourself. Just what you need after skiing all day at Kungsberget Great value breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and varied options. There's a small skating rink just outside the restaurant.
